Services
AquaAds provides advertising services to advertisers and agencies worldwide. The services include self-service and managed service options, traffic channels such as native, mobile, display, video, CTV, and search, as well as assistance with policy issues for high-risk verticals like gaming and finance.
Lead Submission
To access certain features of the Service or to express interest in our services, you may be required to submit a form providing your name, email address, and phone number. By submitting this information, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself. You also agree that AquaAds may contact you using the provided information in relation to the Service.
Payment
Payment terms will be specified in a separate agreement between AquaAds and the client. All payments must be made in the currency specified by AquaAds and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Partner Agencies
If you are a digital marketing agency interested in partnering with AquaAds, you must first contact our team to discuss partnership opportunities. By partnering with AquaAds, you agree to the terms set forth in a separate partnership agreement.
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality related to the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and images, are the exclusive property of AquaAds or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of any content without the express written permission of AquaAds.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall AquaAds, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the Service, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not AquaAds has been informed of the possibility of such damage.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
